A few useful answers
Are you a real estate agency?
No. We provide independent buyer-side research and coordination, rather than selling property listings. You can bring us a property you have already identified.
Does an assessment include a formal inspection?
Our assessment is preliminary and practical. Formal technical inspections and legal opinions are provided separately by qualified professionals; we can help coordinate them when required.
Can I work with you from abroad?
Yes. Document organization, regular updates, reports, and local coordination help you follow the process remotely. Your lawyer will advise on legal procedures and any in-person requirements.
What is included in my package?
Your service proposal sets out the agreed deliverables, exclusions, timeline, and fees. Additional work and professional costs are identified separately.
